Chris Szady brings over 15 years of expertise, specializing in property renovation and management. Meanwhile, Steffan Olszanski, with 5 years of experience as an estate agent in Manchester and Cardiff, brings fresh perspectives as a new landlord, with a keen focus on the acquisition, renovation, and leasing of properties in both cities.
